  Carmen Carr is not only an amazing realtor, but an absolutely amazing person. I cannot say enough about are home buying experience with Carmen. Both my husband and I worked locally in Truckee. We wanted to plant are roots in the place that we called home for many years. Carmen was extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process. She knew the area inside and out. She also listened to what we wanted, and are needs personally. Carmen is just a wonderful person, who loves her community. I highly recommend her services to all my friends and family. I am also happy to say that she has also become a great friend.

  I don't even know where to start! Perhaps a little about what kind of home buyer we were. We didn't have a big budget. We we're definitely not a high price ticket and our search was a struggle given our price point. However, Carmen never made us feel less important than anyone else. She was by your side every step of the way and I am proud to call her one of my first friends in Truckee. She gave us outstanding recommendations, connected us with great people, and helped us find a home we are proud of. Even a trip to Germany didn't keep her from being supportive and right there till the end. She even stayed up into the wee hours of the morning in Germany to ensure our escrow closed on time. There were more than a few challenges with this home purchase but she was never swayed. We highly recommend Carmen for anyone's home buying or home selling needs. She is kind, honest, and responsive. And I am happy to now call her a friend :-)
